Acorn Art Club

Join Abi from Oil & Oak for Art Club, we’ll do a different activity each week and completed artworks can be included in an exhibition for Hereford Art Trail in September 2024.

• Thursday 25th July – Week One: Magic Mushrooms, taking inspiration from artist Yayoi Kusama to create our own psychedelic mushrooms.
• Thursday 1st August – Week Two: Jungle Monoprints, using stencils to create tropical jungle monoprints, taking inspiration from artist Sophie Rae.
• Thursday 8th August – Week Three: Tie Dye Ink, we’ll be exploring the work of tie dye to create a large scale collaborative installation piece.
• Thursday 15th August – Week Four: Monsters Vs Aliens, back for its 3rd movie instalment, we’ll be creating our own mega movie.
• Thursday 22nd August – Week Five: Botanical Printing, using flowers and foliage to create botanical inspired prints.

11am-12pm: Under 12’s

1pm-2pm: 12+

£10per child, per week.

You’re welcome to attend with your child or collect them later. Places are limited, please book a space.
